Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in India seeks a lead developer to drive the development of new software products and enhancements to PLM solutions. You will work with large-scale applications and coordinate cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication and leadership to achieve project goals.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Teamcenter, ITK, AWC, and CAD integrations, plus experience in Agile projects and manufacturing data like MBOM/EBOM/PDM.

• Work in Agile environments and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Manufacturing Process Planner, MBOM, EBOM, BOP, PDM.
• Understand software requirements with minimal guidance.
• Configure Active Workspace and interface with customers/vendors.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter modules: classification, Cost/Change/Config, Structure Manager, Documents, Requirements, ACL.

You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Location- Pan India

Responsibilities

Teamcenter customization experience using server side and client side customization, AWC and ITK.

Should have hands on experience with ITK, AWC and SOA. Performed AWC development and implementation projects.

Strong Techno-Functional skills in Teamcenter.

Should have experience on working of Agile Methodology

Should have hands on experience of Manufacturing Process Planner, MBOM, EBOM, BOP,PDM.

Should be able to understand software requirements and work with minimal guidance.

Must have good experience in Active Workspace customization/Configurations.

Interfaces with Internal and external customers or vendors regarding software issues for specific project or PLM Application.

Should have good functional hold on Various Teamcenter Modules like classification, Cost Management, Change Management, product configurator, Structure Manager, Organization, Document Management, Requirement Management, Classification ACL etc.

Should have hands on experience of Any CAD integration(NX,CATIA, Solid Works, Solid Edge or Pro/E or Creo) and Dispatcher configuration.

Should have Knowledge about office integration with Teamcenter

• Good knowledge of SDLC.
