Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership in delivery.
• Bonus: AI/LLM agentic frameworks or building low-code platforms.
