Job summary

CES is seeking a Technical Lead with 8-12 years of software experience to drive design and development of scalable backend platforms, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications. This role focuses on modern Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architectures, and high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead backend services with .NET, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate across teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability while integrating AI-enabled working

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software development experience with 5+ years in .NET (C#) backend.
• Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and platform components using .NET and microservices.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience to drive the design and development of scalable backend platforms, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications. • Design and develop backend services and platform components using .NET (C#) and microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Contribute to distributed, event-driven system design using messaging-based solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance, scalability, observability, and reliability improvements.

What We Need

• 8-12 years of software development experience with at least 5+ years focused on .NET (C#), .NET Core/.NET 6+, and backend development.
• Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.
• Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), design patterns, and scalable architecture principles.
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies and enterprise-scale platforms.
