Job summary

ICET IT Solutions Private Limited, located in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Microsoft Technologies) with 4–8 years of experience. The role focuses on .NET Core, C#, Azure, and API development, with strong emphasis on scalable design, testing, and CI/CD practices.

You will work on Azure-based architectures, database schemas, and multiple Microsoft technologies. Immediate notice period and a strong knowledge of Visual Studio are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core 2.x+.
• Proficient in C# and .NET ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and scalable API design.
• Experience with Azure services and storage.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and relational schemas.
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of .NET Core 2.x or above
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns, particular using Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Storage Accounts
• Experience with Azure Function app services
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning with Git & Azure DevOps
• Good documentation practices

Role will involve the following responsibilities.

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Integrate third party services such as FreshDesk APIs and Firebase Authentication Admin SDKs
• Development and maintaining code version structure for the developed API suites,
