Job summary

Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations company focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. We are hiring Senior Software Engineers who can independently own complex engineering problems and build reliable, scalable systems.

You’ll work closely with product, design, business, and operations teams to solve problems across the customer, kitchen, fulfilment, and delivery experience from Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Strong experience with backend, frontend, mobile, or full-stack development depending on the role.
• Experience building and operating production-grade applications.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, and system design.
• Ability to independently break down ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
• Strong ownership and bias toward action.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers who can independently own complex engineering problems and build reliable, scalable systems.

You’ll work closely with product, design, business, and operations teams to solve problems across the customer, kitchen, fulfilment, and delivery experience.
