Job summary

Joveo is building AI-powered recruitment marketing from Bengaluru. We’re hiring a Software Engineer for New Initiatives AI Labs to take a greenfield idea from whiteboard to production-ready system, and to architect on AWS with ownership of the stack.

You’ll collaborate with CXOs, ship rapid prototypes, and own the lifecycle from development to scale. This role requires a founder’s mindset, ambiguity tolerance, and the ability to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions that

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of battle-tested developer experience.
• Proficient in AWS ecosystem and cloud-native design.
• Ability to translate CXO requirements into technical strategy.
• Autonomy and proactive problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from idea to production.
• Architect on AWS; own stack, scale, and stability.
• Collaborate with CXOs to shape strategic roadmaps and decisions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from development to deployment and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You'll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you're helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.
