About the Role

The New Initiatives role is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker, creator, and doer — someone who can dream big, build fast, and scale intelligently. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CXOs, owning Joveo’s most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi‑million‑dollar business lines. This role isn’t about maintaining processes or making decks. It’s about conceiving bold ideas, validating them through data and experimentation, and bringing them to life with precision and purpose.

Think of it as being part of Joveo’s internal “innovation studio” — a team that transforms possibilities into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Think like a founder — identify high‑impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiative lifecycles: from discovery and ideation to proof‑of‑concept, scaling, and revenue realization.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions.
• Evaluate and shape AI‑led business models that can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients.
• Build strong feedback loops — measure what matters, learn fast, and adapt to maximize impact.
• Create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational blueprints to scale early‑stage pilots into sustainable business lines.
• Drive execution excellence — ensuring ideas move beyond slides to real‑world adoption, outcomes, and growth.
• Be the architect of new growth stories — not just the executor.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business building, consulting, or high‑growth environments (Tech, SaaS, AI, or marketplaces preferred).
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunities where others see challenges.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical rigor — balanced with creative, first‑principles thinking.
• Experience working on 0‑to‑1 projects or building new products, programs, or lines of business.
• Excellent communication and storytelling — capable of inspiring action across stakeholders.
