Job summary

Joveo is a global leader in AI-powered recruitment marketing, transforming talent attraction with an AI-driven platform. This role sits in New Initiatives AI Labs, the fast-paced 'Special Ops' team building the future from the ground up.

As a Software Engineer, you will own greenfield AI products from concept to production, architect on AWS, and collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the roadmap, while moving quickly in a founder’s mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience.
• Experience with the AWS ecosystem to build scalable infra.
• Ability to translate CXO-speak into elegant technical architecture.
• Experience with AI/LLM initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from idea to production.
• Architect on AWS and design lean, scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape strategic roadmaps.
• Own the full lifecycle from development to scaling and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You'll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you're helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

• The Experience: 3-5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You've built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.
