Job summary

Job Description

This role requires hands-on development experience, the ability to understand complex business requirements, build scalable web applications, and work directly with international clients. The candidate should also be capable of mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical discussions while remaining an active individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft technologies.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop complex business modules with clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Develop and maintain multi-step forms with dynamic validations and rich client-side functionality.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Optimize application and database performance.
• Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems using WCF and SOAP services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with clients for requirement clarification, technical discussions, demonstrations, and issue resolution.
