What you have

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, system design, databases, networking, concurrency, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding principles
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
• Proficiency in .Net
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code for bugs, security issues, and code quality
• Working knowledge of agentic workflows, agent development, and spec-driven development, including translating low-level design artifacts into structured specifications that guide AI-assisted implementation
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and custom instruction authoring, with the ability to define and champion team-level standards for effective AI-assisted development

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms using automation and AI acceleration.
• Ability to drive technical innovation and contribute to engineering standards and strategy.
