We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who can combine strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership skills to drive next-generation digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
• Ownership of features development and deliveryOwn critical architectural decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Full Stack Development, setting engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor, guide, and coach developers; perform in-depth code reviews and drive technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Build rich, responsive, and performant frontend experiences with Flutter
• Optimize across the full stack — ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA as applicable).

What You Bring

• 8–12 years of experience in software development with proven expertise in building scalable systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with React or Angular.
• Hands‑on experience designing and building RESTful APIs and Cloud based microservices architectures.
• Solid knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis/Google Datastore) databases.
• Proven experience on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Expertise in responsive UI, performance optimization, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Experience in building & shipping mobile native applications to end users.
• Demonstrated experience in building secure, scalable, and compliant systems at scale.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Prior experience leading engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to serverless architectures.
• Exposure to any one of the Cloud hosted Backend-as-a-Service like real‑time database / pub‑sub / serverless functions / auth / storage platforms (eg. Firebase, Supabase, Websockets, Pusher, Kuzzle, Backendless, Ably, Scalerdrone).
• Background in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, etc.).
• Open‑source contributions or community involvement.
