Job summary

RTLYNX Semicon India Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced SI/PI engineer to perform analysis for high-speed interfaces and memory systems.

You will optimize DDR/LPDDR interfaces and work across board, package and system levels, collaborating with ASIC/SoC, PCB, and validation teams. The role requires hands-on SerDes experience, proficiency with EDA tools, and strong debugging skills to drive root-cause analysis and design validation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated SI/PI analysis experience with high-speed interfaces.
• Hands-on with 32 Gbps SerDes and multiple memory interfaces.
• Experience across board, package and system-level SI/PI.
• Proficient in correlating simulation with measurements.
• Familiar with high-speed channel analysis, S-parameters and PDN.
• Proficient with industry EDA tools and lab measurement setups.

Responsibilities

• Perform SI/PI analysis for high-speed interfaces such as 32 Gbps SerDes.
• Analyze and optimize DDR/LPDDR interfaces across devices.
• Conduct board, package and system-level SI/PI for memory and storage.
• Work on protocols like PCIe, XAUI, SGMII, CPRI, JESD204B and 10G-KR.
• Perform die, package and board decap optimization and PDN analysis.
• Analyze eye diagrams, crosstalk, impedance and channel performance.
• Perform simulation-to-measurement correlation and root-cause analysis.
• Support product development from requirements to release.
• Collaborate with ASIC/SoC, package, PCB, hardware, validation and system teams.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SI/PI analysis for high-speed interfaces, including 32 Gbps SerDes.
• Analyze and optimize DDR5, DDR4, DDR3, DDR2, LPDDR5/5X, LPDDR4/4X and LPDDR3 interfaces.
• Perform board, package and system-level SI/PI analysis for memory and storage products including NAND, mNAND, DIMMs and SSDs.
• Work on high-speed protocols such as PCIe, XAUI, SGMII, CPRI, JESD204B and 10G-KR.
• Perform die, package and board capacitor/decap optimization and PDN analysis.
• Analyze eye diagrams, crosstalk, impedance, insertion/return loss and channel performance.
• Perform simulation-to-measurement correlation, debug issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support product development from
• requirements/specification through design, validation and product release.
• Work closely with ASIC/SoC, package, PCB, hardware, validation and system teams.
• Must-Have Skills
• 610 years of relevant SI/PI experience
• Strong experience in Board-Level SIPI / High-Speed Signal Integrity
• Hands-on experience with 32 Gbps SerDes
• Strong experience with DDR/LPDDR interfaces
• Experience in package + board + system-level SI/PI
• Experience with simulation and measurement correlation
• Strong understanding of high-speed channel analysis, S-parameters, crosstalk, eye diagrams and PDN
• EDA Tools – Hands-on Experience
• Must have experience with multiple tools from:
