Job summary

Mindera in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior SharePoint Engineer to manage and evolve large-scale SharePoint environments within enterprise organisations. You will lead administration, lifecycle management, and governance to ensure secure, compliant, well-governed platforms.

You’ll work with stakeholders to optimise unstructured data tools such as Box.com and AvePoint Opus, implement Archive for SharePoint, and drive SAM reporting and remediation across large estates.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Engineer with strong experience managing and evolving large-scale SharePoint environments within enterprise organisations.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SharePoint administration, lifecycle management, Microsoft Archive for SharePoint, SAM reporting and remediation, along with an understanding of unstructured data management platforms such as Box.com and AvePoint Opus.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure SharePoint environments are secure, compliant, well‑governed and efficiently managed.

• Experience of running large SharePoint estates within large organisations.
• Experience of configuring Microsoft Archive for SharePoint.
• Experience of implementing SharePoint Lifecycle Management into large organisations.
• Detailed understanding of SAM reporting and how to remediate.
• Understanding of other unstructured data management tools on the market, including Box.com and AvePoint Opus.
