Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Bengaluru seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our global IT team. You will design, develop and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures and implementations.

You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensure compliance and security, and mentor junior developers while driving modernization and governance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell and Azure services.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including integrations with SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience delivering modern intranets, collaboration platforms, document management solutions and business applications.
• Experience modernizing or migrating SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online with a related university degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Lead technical analysis and solution design with stakeholders, architects and analysts, translating requirements into scalable designs and specifications.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery including development, configuration, code review, testing, release and handover.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, compliance and operational requirements.
• Provide senior-level support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Contribute to governance, standards, roadmap and modernization activities, and mentor developers on 365 capabilities.

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our global IT team, reporting to the Senior Manager and acting as the IT Representative for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives. In this role, you will provide senior technical expertise across the full solution lifecycle, from requirement clarification and architecture to development, deployment and operational support, working mainly with internal stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do

• Design and develop SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Power Apps and Power Automate, building reusable components aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards
• Lead technical analysis and solution design together with business stakeholders, architects and business analysts, translating requirements into scalable designs, estimates and technical specifications
• Own end-to-end technical delivery, including development, configuration, code review, testing, release, documentation and handover
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, compliance and operational requirements
• Provide senior-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, monitoring performance and driving root-cause fixes and continuous improvements
• Contribute to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 governance, standards, roadmap and modernization activities, and mentor developers on new Microsoft 365 capabilities and recommended practices.

What you bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint solutions
• Solid hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell and Azure services
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including integrations with SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services
• Experience delivering modern intranets, collaboration platforms, document management solutions and business applications
• Good knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, search, permissions, security, governance and lifecycle management
• Experience modernizing or migrating SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online, with a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
