Senior Human Resource Executive || IT /Technical Recruitment || Digital Media Hiring

SR. SEO Executive - (3-4 Years)

To ensure smooth implementation of SEO strategies and provide valuable inputs on improving performance.

Experience required: 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Day to day execution of planned SEO activities.
• Coordinate with the website team to execute strategy.
• Check implementation done by the website team.
• Maintain a tracker of SEO updates.
• Create a task plan and timelines for execution.
• Maintain and record minutes of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns from an SEO lens.
• Perform link analysis of our brands' competition.
• Maintain a link tracker along with anchor text.
• Reach out and follow up with webmasters/authors of shortlisted websites.
• Negotiate and close deals with webmasters/authors.
• Maintain a list of webmaster contacts from different niche markets.
• Contribute in client meetings along the manager.
• Participate in the creation of pitch decks and internal training as needed.
• Guide junior executives and ensure their work meets Schbang standards.

KPIs

• Contribute to the projected traffic for brands.
• Execute short and long term strategies with brand manager and content team.
• Keep internal team members up-to-date with ongoing tasks and wins.
• Complete POA within the timeframe allocated per tasks.

Skills required
