Job summary

TradesApp is seeking an experienced SEO content writer to craft product, industry, and comparison pages that rank well and convert visitors. You will refine programmatic content, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with SEO, product, and design teams across markets to deliver high-quality pages on schedule.

You will write for decision-makers, perform thorough fact-checking, and edit AI outputs to human-level quality, maintaining strict grammar, accuracy, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO content writing experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment.
• Portfolio of published B2B content.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, search intent, keyword placement, content structure, internal linking, and E-E-A-T.
• Experience writing and reviewing content for templates or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

You will write the pages that help businesses discover, trust, and choose an AI-powered hiring solution.

The opportunity

Pages that rank and convert. Write product, feature, industry, comparison, and service pages based on SEO briefs and search intent. Structure content with clear headings, FAQs, optimised titles and meta descriptions, internal links, and relevant topic entities.

Programmatic content that holds up. Review and improve pSEO templates to ensure generated pages are accurate, useful, and locally relevant rather than thin copies at scale.

AI drafts, expert finish. Turn AI-assisted drafts into original, natural-sounding content that reflects genuine expertise.

Trust built in. Incorporate expert insights, case studies, customer results, and practical examples. Support every statistic and factual claim with a credible, linked source.

The GCC, done properly. Create accurate, country-specific content for GCC markets, reflecting local regulations and hiring practices.

One consistent voice. Keep brand messaging and product claims consistent across the website. Proofread every page for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, and originality.

Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with SEO, product, and design teams while delivering quality content on time.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of SEO content writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment, with a portfolio of published B2B content.

You understand on-page SEO, including search intent, keyword placement, content structure, internal linking, and E-E-A-T. You’ve written and reviewed content for templates or large-scale projects, and you stay current with SEO best practices, Google updates, and content trends.

Knowledge of HR, recruitment, or GCC labour regulations is a plus. Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is also beneficial.

Beyond experience, four things matter:

• You write for decision-makers. You explain complex topics simply for the people making hiring decisions.

• You check everything. You research and fact-check before publishing. If a claim cannot be sourced, it doesn’t go in.

• You edit AI to a human standard. You recognise generic AI output and know how to turn it into useful, original content.
