Job summary

Burj Line Builders is seeking a seasoned SEO content writer to craft programmatic pages that rank and convert for our AI-powered hiring solution. You will translate SEO briefs into clear, credible content with strong on-page optimization and internal linking.

You will collaborate with SEO, product, and design teams to ensure accuracy, local relevance, and enterprise-grade quality across markets, while maintaining brand voice and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO content writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment, with a portfolio of published B2B content.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, including search intent, keyword placement, content structure, internal linking, and E-E-A-T.
• Knowledge of HR, recruitment, or GCC labour regulations is a plus. Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is also beneficial.
• You write for decision-makers.
• You check everything.
• You edit AI to a human standard.
• You sweat the details.

Pages that rank and convert. Write product, feature, industry, comparison, and service pages based on SEO briefs and search intent. Structure content with clear headings, FAQs, optimised titles and meta descriptions, internal links, and relevant topic entities.

Programmatic content that holds up. Review and improve pSEO templates to ensure generated pages are accurate, useful, and locally relevant rather than thin copies at scale.

AI drafts, expert finish. Turn AI-assisted drafts into original, natural-sounding content that reflects genuine expertise.

Trust built in. Incorporate expert insights, case studies, customer results, and practical examples. Support every statistic and factual claim with a credible, linked source.

The GCC, done properly. Create accurate, country-specific content for GCC markets, reflecting local regulations and hiring practices.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of SEO content writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment, with a portfolio of published B2B content.

You understand on-page SEO, including search intent, keyword placement, content structure, internal linking, and E-E-A-T. You’ve written and reviewed content for templates or large-scale projects, and you stay current with SEO best practices, Google updates, and content trends.

Knowledge of HR, recruitment, or GCC labour regulations is a plus. Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is also beneficial.

Beyond experience, four things matter:

• You write for decision-makers. You explain complex topics simply for the people making hiring decisions.

• You check everything. You research and fact-check before publishing. If a claim cannot be sourced, it doesn’t go in.
