• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, API security.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects independently.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Seismic integrations with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Snowflake, and enablement tools.
• Own technical roadmap, evaluate Seismic features (LiveDocs, Meeting Intelligence, AI tools), and recommend architecture solutions.
• Lead cross-functional integration projects (CRM migrations, onboarding new data sources, platform upgrades).
• Act as final escalation point for integration issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Document integration architecture, data flows, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Mentor junior team members informally while remaining an IC.

This role is ideal for a senior technical/functional specialist who wants to remain deeply embedded in platform architecture, integration code, and complex problem‑solving rather than moving into management.
