• Nine+ years in software development with a SaaS cloud hosted background.

As the Manager, you will play a vital part in driving solid cloud architecture andensurebest engineering practices across multiple engineering teams. Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams, managing projects, and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in sprint planning.

• Effective cross-functional communication with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

What you’ll be doing:

• Team Leadership and Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide performance feedback, career development, and technical guidance to team members.
• Technology and Architecture Development:Define and drive the AI and software technology and architectural directions, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps.
• AI Platform Integration: Oversee the engineering of integrations between Seismic’s AI services and external systems, including Microsoft Teams, M365 Copilot, SalesforceAgentforce, and related enterprise platforms.
• AI Ecosystem: Track and adopt evolving protocols, APIs, and standards in the AI ecosystem, ensuring that Seismicremainsinteroperable, extensible, andenterprise-ready.
• Technical Execution:Guidebackend and integration architecture, ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of AI-driven services across multiple environments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and design teams to deliver features that balance performance, privacy, and usability.
• Project Delivery: Own delivery pipelines from planning through production, including code quality, deployment readiness, and observability of production systems.
• Metrics & Monitoring: Define and monitor KPIs for integration reliability, data flow, latency, and system interoperability.
