Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer who plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients.

You will provide expert-level support, lead complex troubleshooting, tailor security policies, mentor junior staff, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining documentation and participating in governance. This role involves L3 escalations, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with client IT and security teams to implement

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms
• Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks
• Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security
• Handle L3 escalations from Client
• Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policies
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports
• Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices
• Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solutions
• Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met
• Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as needed
• Participate in change management and security governance processes
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team member
• Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are met
