Senior Security Program Analyst
Overview
The Senior Security Program Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting senior and executive level Security program reporting and budget management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. This role partners closely with Security leadership, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, financial transparency, and informed decision making that advance a customer‑centered, best‑in‑class Security program.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise and executive‑level security program reporting and operations on impact‑focused, data‑driven reporting of the Security program.
- Support the design, develop, implement, and maintain key stakeholder Security program reports.
- Partner with key stakeholders to aggregate, interpret, and visualize data to support impact‑focused reporting of the Security Program.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and high‑quality Security program data report presentations for various levels of the organization.
- Provide input on data collection standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of created Security program reports and dashboards.
- Support preparation of board and executive‑level reports, dashboards, and communications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders for increased efficiency and effectiveness, as needed on special projects.
- Support Security budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial management, including OpEx and CapEx tracking across programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Partner with Security leadership, FP&A, and key stakeholders to monitor spend, analyze variances, and assess potential financial impacts.
- Foster an inclusive work environment and encourage collaboration through establishing a culture of teamwork.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Security Talent Management Program, which includes performing skill gap assessments, talent development, and resource planning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise security programs and executive reporting.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to resolve issues/problems by leveraging business and functional knowledge, and relationships.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to understand and articulate the "big picture" and simplify complex ideas.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to generate high‑quality, professional reports and dashboards in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, continually changing business and work environment.
- Demonstrates organizational skills to meet deadlines of multiple, ongoing projects concurrently.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically.

Licenses and Certifications
- CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications preferred.
