Job description

A Brief Overview

The position supports all aspects of the compliance and audit function, including building automated approaches to efficiently test compliance to current controls. The Senior Security Analyst also plays a key role in Identity and Access Management (IAM), supporting secure and compliant access across enterprise systems and collaborating with technology and business partners to ensure alignment and ongoing communication on IAM controls, IT risk management and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures, processes, and workflows to meet compliance documentation standards
• Design and build test automation processes to improve and ensure compliance efficiencies
• Interpret legal compliance requirements to create and customize reports
• Provide reports and supporting documents to external audit teams based on selections requested
• Partner with auditors and technical subject matter experts to coordinate interview and external audit requirements, reducing overlap in audit requests
• Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations and methods to mitigate risks based on audit findings
• Ensure audit processes are completed accurately and timely
• Secure, maintain, and protect confidential company information
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Perform administration (provisioning, de‑provisioning, account monitoring, and access reviews) of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across all enterprise systems
• Design, implement, and manage security roles, profiles, and attributes
• Collaborate with technology and business partners across functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding, and ongoing communication on IAM controls and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Actively document and monitor identity controls and participate in periodic risk assessments/audits to identify compliance issues
• Partner with application developers and IT administrators to on‑board new applications and systems into the IAM platform
• Perform data analysis and make recommendations to strengthen processes, procedures, and compliance, enhancing IAM practices

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
