Job summary

TriNet is seeking an Identity and Access Analyst to manage the full IAM lifecycle across all enterprise systems from our Hyderabad office. You will provisioning, de-provisioning, monitor accounts and conduct access reviews to strengthen security and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with IT and business partners to align IAM controls with organizational objectives, develop documentation, and stay abreast of new IAM technologies. 5+ years of IAM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• Experience with role-based access control and access certifications.
• Experience with IT audit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, and access reviews across enterprise systems.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and support regulatory compliance.
• Design and manage security controls, roles, profiles, and attributes for access control.
• Collaborate with IT partners to align IAM controls with organizational objectives and risk management.
• Develop documentation and stay current with IAM trends and technologies.
• Act as SME on IAM matters and support stakeholders.

You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Identity Access Analyst is responsible for performing identity and access management administration across all business applications and technology platforms.What you will doAdminister the full lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, and access reviews across all enterprise systems.Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend changes to strengthen procedures and compliance, and assist in their implementation.Design, implement, and manage security controls, including roles, profiles, and attributes, to ensure effective access control and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with technology and business partners to align IAM controls with organizational objectives, facilitate understanding, and maintain ongoing communication on IT risk management and regulatory compliance.Document and monitor identity controls, participate in periodic risk assessments and audits, and take proactive measures to address compliance issues.Partner with application developers and IT administrators to integrate new applications and systems into the IAM platform securely and efficiently.Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, to support identity and access management processes and controls.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in IAM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and contributing to the organization's overall security posture.Proactively identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in IAM processes and systems.Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience.Experience QualificationsTypically 5+ years of experience performing various Identity and Access Management activities.Identity Management experience in the following areas:Access CertificationProvisioning/De-ProvisioningPrivileged Access ManagementExperience with role-based access control, access requests and certifications.Experience with IT audit is preferred.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment lawsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Microsoft ExcelLicenses and CertificationsISC2 – CISSP, CAP, SSCPISACA – CISA, CISM, CRISCWork EnvironmentWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
