RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Bangalore Urban, India is seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master to lead agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams toward continuous improvement.

The role requires 6+ years as Scrum Master and hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and PI Planning, collaborating with Product Owners and ART stakeholders to ensure timely value delivery.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and proven expertise in leading teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for Agile teams
• Guide teams on SAFe practices and ensure alignment with business goals
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster a collaborative environment
• Track metrics to monitor team performance and drive process improvements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices across the organization

What We're Looking For:

• 7 + years in a product development team with 6+ years as a practicing Scrum Master
• Agile frameworks experience such as Scrum, Kanban, Spotify and Scaled Agile Framework
• Must be able to ensure Agile values and principles are adhered to, must be able to voice of reason and authority
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineer, System Architect to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and elevate key risks and issues impeding scrum team and ART effectiveness
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between the CI/CD team and Agile team to ensure quick resolution of build issues and deployment of appropriate product packages on various environments.
• Facilitate ART and Team events (PI Planning, Daily sync, Iteration Planning, Iteration retrospective, Iteration review etc.)
• Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience and expertise driving engineering practices that includes not limited to TDD, BDD, Pair programming, CI/CD, Automation deployment
• Understanding of how to effectively partner/ collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or Software Engineering
• Certified as PSM I/ CSM or preferably PSM II/ A-CSM or SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Preferably certified as PSPO I/ CSPO.
