Job summary

YASH Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior SAP WM/LE Functional Analyst to design, configure, and deliver SAP WM/LE solutions for Merck Life Science warehouses globally. You will work across regions to translate business requirements into scalable SAP designs and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

A strong customer-centric mindset and deep SAP expertise are essential. The role demands 7+ years in SAP WM/LE, multiple implementation experiences, and fluency with RF solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or SAP/supply chain certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP warehouse management and logistics execution within an SAP environment.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP WM/LE implementation projects.
• Strong experience with SAP RF solutions and RICEFW objects.
• Good working knowledge of ALE/IDocs.
• Experience working across global teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Life science industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

Job Description - SAP WM/LE Senior Functional Analyst

Purpose

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM and/or SAP LE systems
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, internal movements, and outbound flows, ideally in a chemical or life science environment
• Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with 3PL systems
• Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and SD
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think tactically while delivering high-quality execution
• Broad functional knowledge combined with creativity and adaptability
