Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SAP WM/LE Senior Functional Analyst to design, configure and deliver SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution solutions for Merck Life Science warehouses globally.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP WM/LE, at least two end-to-end implementations, RF solutions, ALE/IDocs, and strong cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders; a Bachelor's degree is required and a Master’s or SAP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP WM/LE and logistics within SAP environments.
• At least 2 end-to-end WM/LE implementations.
• Experience with RF solutions and ALE/IDocs.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
• Life science/chemicals experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description – SAP WM/LE Senior Functional Analyst

The SAP WM/LE Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution solutions for Merck Life Science warehouses globally. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse business processes, the SAP application landscape, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business requirements into scalable and effective solutions. A strong customer-centric mindset, solid functional expertise, and the ability to work effectively across teams are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, understand, and review current client warehouse processes across sites.
• Design, build, configure, and support SAP WM/LE solutions aligned with business needs and overall supply chain strategy.
• Partner with warehouse managers and business stakeholders globally to gather requirements and define warehouse structures for SAP projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Support implementation activities, testing, issue resolution, and execution of assigned project tasks.
• Collaborate closely with peers across IT and related SAP functional areas to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changing business and project needs.

Basic Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree or SAP/supply chain certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP warehouse management and logistics execution within an SAP environment
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP WM/LE implementation projects
• Strong experience with SAP RF solutions and RICEFW objects
• Good working knowledge of ALE/IDocs
• Experience working across global teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at different levels
• Life science industry experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM and/or SAP LE systems
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, internal movements, and outbound flows, ideally in a chemical or life science environment
• Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with 3PL systems
• Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and SD
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think tactically while delivering high-quality execution
• Broad functional knowledge combined with creativity and adaptability
