Be a Catalyst seeks an experienced SAP SD consultant to design, configure, and deliver end-to-end OTC solutions in a complex ERP landscape. You will manage pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with MM, FI/CO, and LE, while delivering service orders and warranty workflows.

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration and support experience.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience in Consignment Sales, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, and Rush Orders.
• Strong knowledge of Pricing Procedures, Billing, Shipping, Delivery Processing, Credit Management, and Returns.
• Working knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) functionalities.
• Experience in Service Orders, Warranties, Repair Processing, and Installed Base Management.
• Strong integration experience with MM, FI, CO, LE, and related logistics modules.
• PMP Certification or demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional specifications, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in GST and E-Invoicing scenarios.
• Knowledge of ALE / IDoc, LSMW, BAPIs, and SAP Fiori Applications.
• Experience in end-user training and post-go-live support.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD business processes.
• Configure and support the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
• Work on Consignment Sales, Rush Orders, Intercompany Sales, and Third-Party Sales.
• Handle Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery Processing, Credit Management, and Returns Processing.
• Configure Pricing Procedures, Output Types, Copy Controls, and Incompleteness Logs.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, and LE modules.
• Provide SAP CS configuration and support for Service Orders, Warranties, Repair Processing, and Installed Base Management.
• Align SAP CS processes with SD and other logistics modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
• Participate in complete SAP implementation lifecycles — Blueprinting, Design, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Support.
• Serve as a hands‑on project lead or key functional contributor.
• Apply PMP best practices while managing SAP projects or workstreams.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), BRD, Test Scripts, and Training Documents.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom enhancements, BAPIs, User Exits, and Interfaces.
• Support UAT, end‑user training, troubleshooting, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior business users to ensure successful project delivery.
