Job summary

All European Careers is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Technical Developer with ABAP, Fiori, BTP and HCM experience for a full remote role, working US office hours. You will support ECC to S/4HANA transformation focusing on HCM apps, develop ABAP objects, Fiori UI5 apps, and build cloud solutions on BTP, CAP, and RAP, plus integration with S/4HANA and external systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP technical development experience.
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Technical Developer with ABAP, Fiori, BTP and HCM experience for a Full Remote position.

The consultant will support a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, with a particular focus on SAP HCM applications.

Candidates need to be willing to work US office hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the technical migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA;
• Analyze and remediate ECC custom developments for S/4HANA;
• Modernize Z-programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, forms and workflows;
• Develop solutions using ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDP, OData and RAP;
• Develop and support SAP Fiori, SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements applications;
• Modernize HCM processes and forms into Fiori-based solutions;
• Develop applications and extensions on SAP BTP;
• Develop cloud applications using CAP with Node.js and/or Java;
• Develop RAP applications, business objects and OData services;
• Build workflows using SAP Build Process Automation;
• Support integrations with S/4HANA, HANA Cloud and external applications;
• Support SAP Integration Suite, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC and BAPI integrations;
• Contribute to SAP Joule and generative AI proof-of-concept solutions;
• Support testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live activities.

Profile:

• 7+ years of SAP technical development experience;
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience;
• Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects;
• Experience with SAP HCM, preferably Payroll, Personnel Administration, Benefits and/or Time Management;
• Strong experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5;
• Experience with SAP BTP;
• Experience with CDS Views, OData and SAP Gateway;
• Knowledge of RAP and CAP;
• Experience with SAP integration technologies;
