Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant specializing in RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition (PCE) environments. You will lead end-to-end service solution designs, configure complex service lifecycle processes, and drive cloud innovations (such as AI-powered service intelligence and Fiori apps) while ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.

Mandatory Requirements & Core Skills

• Experience: 5–12 years of hands-on SAP Service Management experience spanning CS (Customer Service), SM (Service Management), and S/4HANA Service.
• Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven consulting mindset.
• S/4HANA PCE Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP Private Edition operating model, shared responsibility framework, and cloud upgrade governance.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency with Fiori apps, OData APIs, extensibility options, and cross-functional integration with PM, SD, MM, FI/CO, and SAP FSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Design, configure, and implement S/4HANA Service Management processes across the full service lifecycle: Engage, Sell, Contract, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Invoice, and Analyze.
  • Map business requirements to standard capabilities including service orders, contracts, quotations, spare parts logistics, resource planning, and billing.
  • Leverage latest S/4HANA PCE innovations including service team determination, advanced execution, Fiori apps, and AI-powered service intelligence.
• SAP S/4HANA Private Edition (PCE) Governance:
  • Navigate the shared responsibility model between customers and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, backups, and upgrades with SAP while managing customer-side configuration, testing, and business process governance.
• Service Contract & Execution Logistics:
  • Configure service contracts, billing plans, recurring processes, resource-related billing (RRB), time/material, and fixed-price scenarios.
  • Set up workforce planning, scheduling, multi-plant/storage location tracking, and integration with procurement, inventory, shipping, and maintenance orders.
• Data Migration & Integration:
  • Lead validation of master data, contract data, and open service orders using migration cockpit objects and transition tools.
  • Coordinate end-to-end integration across CRM, FSM, logistics, and finance systems.
• AI, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
  • Enable AI capabilities including Joule summaries, enhanced service order insights, and intelligent confirmations.
  • Build dashboards and operational KPIs for continuous service optimization.
• Documentation & Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops, capture business processes, write functional specs, and mentor end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on deployment history with RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition.
• Formal SAP Certification in S/4HANA Service or related modules.
