EY is seeking a Senior SAP PS professional to strengthen our Global Delivery Services in India. You will work with a diverse team to implement SAP PS and PPM solutions, focusing on cost/revenue budgeting, portfolio initiatives, and integration with FI, HCM and other modules.

You will collaborate with business users, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement in project systems, ensuring high-quality delivery in a global professional services environment.

• Strong ability to define PS structures like WBS and standard templates.

Your Key Responsibilities

Proven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods. Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc). Responsible for decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc). Proficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting. Ideally, you’ll also Certification in PS/PPM will be an advantage. Proven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods.

What we look for

Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Good configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data. PPM: Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc). Proficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting. Proven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods. Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs. Period end processing, Project Settlement. Should have good understanding of relevant methodologies business processes and standards. Strong understanding of Integration between Project Systems with other modules. Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation. Design and support development of custom enhancements in PS, PPM and integration area. Good exposure on interaction with business users. Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
