Job summary

EY seeks a SAP PS/PPM specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The role emphasizes integration with other SAP modules, requirements gathering, and delivering custom PS/PPM enhancements.

The candidate should be proficient in cost and revenue planning, results analysis, and proficient communication to interact with business users. Certification in PS/PPM is a plus.

• Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support and documentation.

• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in PS/PPM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively, solve problems and analyze issues.
• Pursue PS/PPM certification would be advantageous.

• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Good configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data.
• PPM: Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc)
• Proficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting.
• Proven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods.

Experience:

3 - 5 Yrs.
