You will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP PP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, QM, and other modules. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience, strong production planning know-how, and a proven track record in enhancements and production support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP PP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects.
• Hands-on involvement in enhancements and support projects.
• Deep knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing and Shop Floor Control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects across all project phases.
• Translate business requirements into SAP PP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP PP: Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, MRP, Capacity Planning.
• Work on enhancements, change requests, and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare functional specs for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM teams.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP implementations, system enhancements, production planning processes, and integration with other SAP modules. The candidate should be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP PP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP PP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP PP functionalities including:
• Material Master
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Production Versions
• MRP
• Capacity Planning
• Work on enhancements, change requests, and continuous process improvements.
• Perform gap analysis and provide functional design documents for custom developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and provide end‑user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP PP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience in at least 2–3 end-to‑end SAP PP implementation projects.
