Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in SAP PP module (implementation & support).

• Expertise in SAP PP Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM, and FICO.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA PP Implementation & Support with end-to-end ownership.
• Production Planning & Execution including Master Data, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose SAP-driven solutions.
• Work with MM, SD, QM, WTY, and EWM teams for cross-functional processes; ensure PP integration with FICO.
• Analyse issues with root cause identification; draft functional specs for RICEFW developments.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant with 8–10 years of hands‑on expertise in SAP PP implementation, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and SAP best practices, with strong integration experience across related modules.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA PP Implementation & Support

• Configure and customize SAP PP to meet business requirements.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP PP issues and enhancements.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Production Planning & Execution

• Implement and manage Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, Material Master).
• Configure Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Support discrete manufacturing processes.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose SAP‑driven solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Integration with Other Modules

• Work closely with SAP MM, SD, QM, WTY, and EWM teams for cross‑functional processes.
• Ensure smooth PP integration with Finance & Controlling (FICO).

Issue Resolution & Enhancements

• Analyse and resolve SAP PP incidents with root cause identification.
• Draft functional specifications for RICEFW developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.

User Training & Documentation

• Develop training materials and conduct user workshops.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in SAP PP module (implementation & support).
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Demand Management.
• Expertise in SAP PP Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM, and FICO.
• Solid understanding of automobile/manufacturing industry processes.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PP Certification.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, Interfaces, and Enhancements in SAP PP.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Engineering/Technology or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant SAP PP experience.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per annum
