Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a senior SAP FICO professional in Hyderabad (Hybrid). You will partner with finance leaders, drive harmonization, and lead SAP S/4HANA finance initiatives across a global organization.

The role emphasizes automation, controls, and complex financial transformations. The candidate should have 10+ years in SAP FICO, 3+ years with S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance exposure, and strong testing/solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance in a complex environment.
• Strong experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and related implementations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across Finance functions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and efficiency.
• Configure and support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
• Lead project workstreams from requirements through deployment.
• Participate in finance transformation programs like Central Finance and Group Reporting.
• Prepare project plans, effort estimates, risk assessments, and status reporting.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Partner with Finance leadership, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives across Finance functions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Configure and support finance modules for SAP (ECC) and SAP CFIN.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
• Lead project workstreams from requirements through deployment.
• Participate in finance transformation programs including Central Finance, Group Reporting, Master Data Governance, and process harmonization initiatives.
• Prepare project plans, effort estimates, risk assessments, and status reporting.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance in a complex business environment.
• Strong experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and related implementations.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of SAP authorization and controls framework.
• Experience supporting global finance organizations.
• Strong understanding and configuration expertise of SAP FICO.
• Willing to travel as required.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working on at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• SAP Central Finance implementation experience.
• Experience in large global transformation programs.
