Job summary

Algae Services seeks an experienced Senior SAP FICA Consultant with deep expertise in Financial Contract Accounting, ECC to S/4HANA migration, and end-to-end FICA implementations. You will handle data migration activities and integration with FI/GL and other modules.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP/IT, 5–7 years in SAP FICA, and hands-on project delivery across migration, configuration, testing, and cutover activities. Bengaluru/preferred hybrid/ Pan-India.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP/IT experience.
• 5–7 years hands-on SAP FICA experience.
• Experience in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration or conversion project.
• Strong knowledge of FICA configuration, master data, payments, dunning, interest calculation, and GL reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA FICA migration and conversion projects.
• Configure SAP FICA processes, including contract accounts, payments, dunning, interest calculation, returns, write-offs, and security deposits.
• Manage Business Partner conversion, data cleansing, and migration of open items and historical data.
• Handle SAP FICA integration with SAP FI/GL, SD, BRIM, and other related modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution implementation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Support mass processing activities, payment runs, dunning runs, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve functional issues.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Financial Contract Accounting certification.
• SAP BRIM and Convergent Invoicing exposure.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to FICA.
