Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICA Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in SAP FICA implementation, ECC to S/4HANA migration, and end-to-end project delivery. The role requires strong functional configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support across SAP FI-CO interfaces.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with 5-7 years in FICA and a track record of successful Maven-like project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on SAP FICA in configuration and implementation.
• Experience in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion project preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Business Partner, Contract Accounts, Payment processing, Dunning, and related FICA components.
• Experience with BP conversion, contract account migration, open-item migration, data cleansing, LTMC/LSMW/BAPIs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICA implementation and ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion. The candidate should have extensive experience in functional configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and end-to-end project delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• SAP FICA: 5-7 years of hands-on functional experience in configuration and implementation.


• S/4HANA Migration: Experience in at least one full lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion project strongly preferred.


• Core FICA Configuration: Business Partner, Contract Accounts, Posting, Payments, Dunning, Interest Calculation, Security Deposits, Returns, and Write-offs.


• Data Migration: Experience with BP conversion, contract account migration, open-item migration, data cleansing, LTMC, LSMW, or BAPIs.


• FI-GL Integration: Strong knowledge of GL reconciliation, revenue posting, and financial integration.


• Mass Processing: Hands-on experience in payment runs, dunning runs, and mass changes.


• Integration: Experience integrating SAP FICA with SAP FI-CO, SD, or related SAP modules.


• Implementation Lifecycle: Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.


• Functional Specifications: Ability to prepare WRICEF functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

• SAP BRIM exposure, including SOM, Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).


• SAP S/4HANA Finance or FICA certification.


• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and CDS views.


• Industry experience in Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, Public Sector, or Subscription businesses.


• Experience in Electronic Bank Statements (EBS).


• Team mentoring and stakeholder management experience.


• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
