GyanSys Inc. in Bengaluru invites an experienced SAP ePPM Functional Consultant to join our hybrid team supporting Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.

You will deliver configuration, testing, and support for SAP ePPM/PPM and SAP PS within an agile framework. The role requires 3–6 years of SAP functional experience, including at least 2 years in SAP ePPM/PPM or SAP PS on S/4HANA, plus hands-on configuration of portfolio structures, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years SAP functional experience, with >=2 years in SAP PPM/ePPM or SAP PS on S/4HANA.
• Hands-on configuration of portfolio/project structures, budgeting, resourcing, status/workflow and reporting.
• Experience in agile/DevOps delivery and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP ePPM/PPM and SAP PS per approved user stories and defect fixes.
• Resolve functional incidents and service requests (L2/L3); document root cause and KBAs.
• Prepare functional specifications and support the technical team on developments.
• Execute unit and SIT testing, prepare test scripts and support users during UAT.
• Maintain configuration and functional documentation in the validated environment.

Role summary

Deliver configuration, support and testing for the SAP ePPM/PPM and PS solution under the guidance of the functional lead, resolving day-to-day incidents and service requests and supporting sprint deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP ePPM/PPM and SAP PS per approved user stories and defect fixes.
• Resolve functional incidents and service requests (L2/L3); document root cause and knowledge base articles (KBAs).
• Prepare functional specifications and support the technical team on developments.
• Execute unit and SIT testing, prepare test scripts and support users during UAT.
• Maintain configuration and functional documentation in the validated environment.
• 3-6 years SAP functional experience, including 2+ years in SAP PPM/ePPM or SAP PS on S/4HANA.
• Hands-on configuration of portfolio/project structures, budgeting, resourcing, status/workflow and reporting.
• Understanding of the ePPM - PLM Change Record integration; experience with test-management tools (Azure DevOps / Solution Manager).
• Agile / DevOps delivery and good communication skills.

Preferred

• Pharma / GxP exposure; Fiori and BRF+ basics; SAP PPM certification.
