Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking a skilled SAP PPM/ePPM Consultant to join our Pune team. The role emphasizes SAP Project Systems (PS) and EPPM, with responsibilities spanning test planning, test execution, end-user training, and thorough documentation.

You will coordinate testing across the full life cycle, develop and maintain test scripts, validate source-to-target mappings and reports, and support UAT and integration testing.

We are seeking a skilled SAP PPM/ePPM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) modules. This role requires proficiency in all cycles of the test life cycle, from test planning to defect tracking, as well as strong expertise in end-user training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform end-user training for SAP PS and document training materials.
• Provide support for the SAP EPPM module to business users.
• Coordinate testing efforts, manage test deliverables, and report status to management.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, analyze bugs, and collaborate with development team members to fix defects.
• Validate reports for accuracy in source-to-target mappings, calculations, signage, and presentation.
• Document and troubleshoot defects.
• Collaborate with the team on business processes and data flow.
• Provide test environment support.
• Support the documentation of Internal Audit requirements.
• Create and manage profiles such as WBS elements, Networks, and their Activities, including cost planning and budgeting.
• Prepare test scripts and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration Testing.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in end-user training for SAP PS and documentation of training materials.
• Proficient in all cycles of the test life cycle, from test planning to defect tracking and managing the defect lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in coordinating testing efforts and managing test deliverables.
• Ability to develop and maintain test scripts, analyze bugs, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
• Strong skills in validating report accuracy for source-to-target mappings and other report attributes.
• Experience documenting and troubleshooting defects.
• Collaborative skills to work effectively with teams on business processes and data flow.
• Experience providing test environment support.
• Knowledge of documenting Internal Audit requirements.
• Working knowledge of creating profiles such as WBS elements, Networks, and their Activities, including cost planning and budgeting.
• Expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and working knowledge of Financials and Controlling (FICO), Material Management (MM).
• Experience in preparing test scripts and conducting UAT & Integration Testing.

Preferred Qualifications :

• SAP certification in PPM/ePPM or related modules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
