We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to implement and optimize SAP PPM solutions, ensuring efficient management of project portfolios, resources, and investments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate SAP PPM with other SAP modules such as SAP PS, SAP FI/CO, and SAP PM. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP PPM processes, providing best practices for project portfolio planning, monitoring, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions to support project portfolio processes, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for managing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Provide expertise in portfolio structuring, project prioritization, and resource optimization using SAP PPM.
• Integrate SAP PPM with other SAP modules such as SAP Project System (PS), SAP Finance (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Support the implementation of project dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance and KPIs.
• Lead training sessions and provide support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP PPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to SAP PPM solutions, aligning with evolving business needs.
• Stay current on new SAP PPM features, best practices, and industry trends, recommending solutions to enhance the efficiency of portfolio management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management processes, including resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Experience in integrating SAP PPM with other modules, such as SAP PS, FI/CO, and PM.
• Familiarity with project reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to assess project performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project portfolios, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization.
• Strong understanding of financial processes related to project budgeting, cost management, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.
• Experience in providing training and post-go-live support to end-users.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP PPM.
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications for portfolio management and reporting.
