Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation).
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements.
• Provide expert recommendations for process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Map business processes to SAP SD functionalities.
• Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FICO) to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports.
• Support integration with third-party applications where applicable.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Conduct system testing and UAT for new configurations and developments.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Train business users and junior consultants on SAP SD functionalities.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
