HCLTech in Lucknow is looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to join our SAP practice. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data warehouse solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and BW on HANA to deliver robust analytics and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, BW on HANA, data modeling (InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers), SAP HANA modeling, and ETL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA experience and BW on HANA.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA modeling (Calculation Views, SQL Script).
• Experience with BW/4HANA migration concepts and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA and BW on HANA solutions.
• Build data models using InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers.
• Develop SAP HANA Calculation Views and SQL scripts for modeling artifacts.
• Design and manage ETL processes using DTPs, InfoPackages, and related BW tools.
• Develop ABAP routines for BW processes and enhancements.
• Create and optimize reporting with BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office.

Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL processes, and SAP HANA modeling. The role requires hands‑on experience in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality analytics and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW on HANA solutions.
• Build and enhance data models using InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and other BW modeling objects.
• Develop and maintain SAP HANA Calculation Views, SQL Scripts, and other HANA modeling artifacts.
• Design and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using DTPs, InfoPackages, and related SAP BW tools.
• Develop and support ABAP routines, enhancements, start/end routines, and expert routines for BW processes.
• Create and optimize reporting solutions using BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office, and other BI tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of SAP HANA and BW applications.
• Integrate and extract data from SAP and non‑SAP source systems.
• Participate in SAP BW/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Knowledge of SLT, SDI, or SDA for data provisioning.
