Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/HANA developer in India with 7–10 years of hands-on experience. The role requires strong debugging skills and the ability to drive development single handed and deliver objects following SAP HANA best practices.

The candidate should be proficient in technical documentation and unit testing, and capable of decision-making, resource management, and team oversight to ensure timely project execution. Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SAP ABAP/HANA development experience.
• Strong experience in Core SAP ABAP – RICEF, OOPS.
• Experience with SAP ABAP on HANA – AMDP, CDS, ODATA Services.
• Certification is a plus.

• Should be capable of driving the development single handed
• Should be capable to deliver the objects as per SAP HANA best practices
• Should be good in technical documentation and unit testing
• Responsible for decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP/HANA development role
• Should have strong experience in Core SAP ABAP – RICEF, OOPS
• Should have strong experience in SAP ABAP on HANA – AMDP, CDS, ODATA Services
• Certification is a plus.
