Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior QA Engineer II to lead testing across Salesforce initiatives. You will contribute to test strategy, write and execute test cases, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.

The role requires 4–5+ years of Salesforce QA experience, strong knowledge of QTest/Jira, and agile practices. Healthcare domain familiarity is preferred and ongoing learning is encouraged in our growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Stream (Prefer: CSE, IT, ECE) MCA
• EXPERIENCE 4-5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce Platform and supporting multiple projects working as a Quality Analyst
• Good hands-on Salesforce technology.
• Strong testing skills and analyzing Business requirements efficiently.
• Cloud experience is added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge on Salesforce platform with hands on experience.
• Good knowledge in Qtest process , Manual Functional and API and testing methodology
• Good knowledge in writing test cases, test case execution.
• Good testing, analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Worked in Agile teams and having Safe Agile knowledge.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing test strategy accordingly.
• Able to lead reviews of testing scenarios covered with Business with effective communication
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of the efforts and have those discussions done with the team.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Having exposure to Automation skills .(Good to have not a mandate)
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure project delivery is not compromised.
• When issues are reported by business, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Good understanding of application architectural concepts and strategic mindset towards innovation/Process improvement
• Collaborate with the technical team for any solutioning need to solve Business problems.
• Healthcare experience / knowledge is preferred.
