Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior Technical Consultants with deep domain experience in Revenue Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud. You will lead a work stream, design solutions, guide builds, and defend approaches with customers. Expect to manage risks, address issues, and drive successful outcomes in enterprise engagements.

You will mentor junior teammates, influence delivery practices, and evolve AI-enabled delivery using Agentforce tools and related technologies. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Revenue Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• 7+ years experience as Lead Developer doing solution design.
• Experience with integration technologies, SSO and master data management.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to defend a point of view.

The Role

We are looking for Senior Technical Consultants with strong domain depth in Revenue Cloud or Consumer Goods. Depth in one of the two is what we require;

You will lead a work stream in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements as a hands-on advisor: designing the solution, guiding the build, and presenting and defending it with the customer. You will lead the evaluation of options, proactively manage risk, and see issues through to complete resolution.

YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of a work stream within your domain.
• Drive application and technical design documents that follow Salesforce best practices and fit the customer's landscape.
• Guide the team on integration, environment management, testing and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot critical implementation issues through to resolution.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with the customer and third-party partners.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of the Services Practice.
• Up-skill on AI Fluency and AI-native delivery, using AI tools and developer assistants (e.g. Agentforce Vibes, Cursor, Claude).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Revenue Cloud (Revenue Cloud Advanced) or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• 7+ years of experience overall as a Lead Developer doing solution design in a mid to large-sized organization.
• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture - integration technologies, single sign-on and master data management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze, design and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills - able to present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
• Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field.
• Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining. Expected to gain these certifications within the first 3 months:
• Certified Platform App Builder
• Certified Platform Developer I
• Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer
• Certified Integration Architect
• plus the certification for your domain
