Axe Software Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business needs. You will work with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce configurations and code.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools, strong problem-solving, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Master/Engineering degree in CS or Software Engineering from a recognized university.
• 3+ years Salesforce declarative experience (Flows, Custom Objects, Fields, LWC builder).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce programmatic tools (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers).
• Experience in enterprise-scale software product/solution development and strong diagnostic ability.
• Proficient in AI-driven software development processes and related tools.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred or willingness to certify within 12 months.
• Experience in financial services/banking and credit risk management is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenSpec) and Agentforce framework advantageous.
• Experience with SFDX development (Second-Generation) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) skills.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Design and develop our Salesforce solutions in close coordination with product management and business stakeholders.
• Support requirements analysis and grooming, identifying a pragmatic approach and balance between minimum requirements and the ideal solutions.
• Design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative & programmatic tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.), in line with Salesforce platform best practices.
• Ensure software quality by using code reviews and automated tests at various levels.
• Collaborate closely with various internal & external stakeholders including product development, QA, and professional services.
• Share technical knowledge, contribute to best practices, and support team members in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university/institute.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com declarative (e.g. Flows, Custom Objects, Fields, Lightning Web Builder) tool.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com programmatic tools (e.g. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers).
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale software product/solution development with strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficient ability in working with and improving an AI-driven software development process (e.g. skills, agents, commands, wikis, etc.).
• Good knowledge of agile methods and tools.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s), or willingness to achieve relevant certification within 12 months; is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the financial services/banking industry and credit risk management is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools & frameworks (e.g. Claude Code, OpenSpec) and development of agents using the Agentforce framework would be an advantage.
• Experience with (Second-Generation) Package-oriented SFDX development is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent levels of English (both written & oral).
