Job description

• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications following Salesforce best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data migration, data transformation, and data validation using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, and migration strategies.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Expertise in designing scalable integration solutions, API development, and secure data exchange between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, E-Commerce and custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, and Shield (preferred).
• Experience with Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize Apex code and triggers, and improve application performance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in gathering the requirements from business stakeholders and converting them to technical tasks.
• Ability to perform E2E tasks from salesforce instance setup, migration and change deployment.
