Job summary

You will build Apex classes and triggers, develop Lightning Web Components, implement Data Cloud features, and enable AI-assisted automation with Agentforce, while ensuring security, performance, and reliable deployments. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA to refine requirements and improve reuse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Asynchronous processing – implement scheduled/background jobs for reliable throughput.
• Enterprise architecture – apply apex patterns for maintainable code and reusable services.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, triggers, flows, scheduled processing, LWC and platform configuration
• Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and cloud storage
• Working knowledge of Agentforce (Mandatory) and prompt templates for governed, AI-assisted automation
• Ability to apply Salesforce design patterns, governor-limit considerations and secure coding practices
• Experience with debugging, root-cause analysis, unit testing, deployment and production support

• Integrations – build and support secure data exchange and file-processing workflows with external systems, including cloud storage.
• Asynchronous processing – implement scheduled and background jobs to process data reliably, efficiently and at scale.
• Enterprise architecture – apply enterprise Apex patterns such as fflib to promote separation of concerns, reusable services, testability and maintainable code.
• Observability and troubleshooting – use structured logging to capture application logs, monitor execution and accelerate root-cause analysis.
• Quality engineering – create unit tests, validate positive and negative scenarios, participate in code reviews, resolve defects and maintain deployment readiness.
• Security and performance – follow Salesforce security, governor-limit, data-access and performance best practices.
• Documentation and improvement – maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability and reuse.
• Collaboration – work with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, product owners and QA across refinement, design, estimation, sprint planning, code reviews and demonstrations.
