Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform Agentforce Generative AI and enterprise integrations The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and deploying AIpowered Salesforce solutions that drive automation intelligence and business value across the ASA platform

The role requires a strong Salesforce development foundation combined with handson experience in Agentforce Large Language Models LLMs and enterprise application integration This role will collaborate closely with AI engineers to build intelligent productiongrade Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and Flow
• Build and deploy AIpowered conversational agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• Configure Agent Topics Instructions and Actions using Apex and Flow
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications AI services APIs and business workflows
• Design and implement secure scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud and Einstein Trust Layer
• Collaborate with architects product owners AI engineers and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions
• Conduct code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices
• Troubleshoot optimize and continuously improve application performance scalability and reliability

Required Skills Experience

Agentforce AI

• 1 year of handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce including at least one production implementation

• Experience building intelligent conversational AI agents and configuring Agent Topics Instructions and Actions

Generative AI

• Good understanding of Large Language Models LLMs and Generative AI concepts
• Experience with Prompt Engineering RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG AI Agents embeddingsvector search and AI guardrails
• Experience integrating enterprise AI services with Salesforce applications

Integration Development

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and modern integration patterns
• Experience with Python is preferred
