Job summary

Girikon Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. You will integrate Salesforce with DocuSign CLM and manage deployments across multiple environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce-DocuSign CLM integrations and workflows.
• Coordinate and manage release dependencies across multiple projects and teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, deployment management, release processes, and DocuSign CLM. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and administration activities.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.

• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Support release management activities and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors during requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and deployment records.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform architecture.
