Ingersoll Rand plc in Bangalore, India, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on Service Cloud and CPQ. You will maintain stability, partner with business users, and drive improvements across service operations.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise Salesforce, strong integration experience, and a customer-focused mindset. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Bangalore and opportunities to work with SAP and Oracle ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Experience with CPQ best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning
• Experience with Document Generating and Templates (PDF, Word, and Adobe e-sign.)
• Experience with Salesforce code and customization.
• ERP integrations through APEX and Custom Components
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and partner directly with business stakeholders
• Develops, tests, and executes processes, change requests, and enhancements using best practices
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues.
• Manage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow and Salesforce
• Support testing cycles, releases and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Job & Division Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will support and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Experience with CPQ best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning
• Experience with Document Generating and Templates (PDF, Word, and Adobe e-sign.
• Experience with Salesforce code and customization.
• ERP integrations through APEX and Custom Components
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Enosix integration platform
